Dude Looks Like A Lady~

I made another with the base from SoulOrangeDracaga ~XD
I had my sister help me with designing outfits and hairstyles and one of the ones she did was long hair and a dress for this guy XD When I explained that this was a Male base, her reply was "What? Men can wear dresses too." So... after much thought, I decided to draw/color him up anyways~ 

Yes, this is a Male/Boy/Guy in a very pretty dress~ And he looks so sweet! X3 he doesn't like it though. When I showed it to SoulOrangeDracaga we were saying how he was probably "Voluntold" to wear a dress to go undercover somewhere since he was the most feminine looking in a group XD 

He belongs to They can decide what his normal outfit/hairstyle is and any other things he may be forced to wear XD
